Womanity ("we", "us", "our") operates the website womanity.ie. This page explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What we collect
Contact form submissions — your name, phone number or email address, and your message. This is submitted voluntarily when you use the contact form.
Analytics data — anonymised usage data collected via Google Analytics (GA4), including pages visited, time on site, device type, and approximate location. This data cannot identify you personally, and is only collected if you accept cookies.

How we use your data
Contact form submissions are sent to our email inbox and used only to respond to your enquiry. We do not add you to any mailing list or share your details with third parties.
Analytics data helps us understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it. We never sell, share, or transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
Cookies
When you first visit our website, we ask whether you accept cookies.
- If you accept: Google Analytics cookies are set to collect anonymised usage data. Google Ads conversion tracking is also enabled.
- If you reject: no analytics or tracking cookies are set. The interactive Google Maps embed on our contact page is replaced with a static placeholder.
- Preference cookie (womanity_consent): stored for 12 months to remember your choice. This cookie contains no personal data.
You can change your preference at any time by clearing your browser cookies and revisiting the site.
Google Maps
Our contact page includes a Google Maps embed. If you have accepted cookies, the interactive map loads and may set Google's own cookies. If you have rejected cookies, a static placeholder is shown with a direct link to Google Maps instead.

- Contact form submissions: retained for 12 months, then deleted
